In January, Zoho CRM received several updates aimed at improving user experience and data management:
Enhanced Duplicate Checking for Leads: Users can now check for duplicate entries in the Contacts module when creating a lead, preventing redundant data.
In Modules click Duplicate Check Preference:
Select where you would like to check duplicates:
Then select the Unique field to be used in the Duplicate Check:
Dynamic Filters for Lookup Fields: Lookup and user fields now dynamically provide tailored lists of relevant data, simplifying the process of finding and associating accurate records.
On a look up field add a lookup filter but selecting the box:
Add/map fields from the lookup module to the current layout:
Advanced Validation Rules: New configuration options allow for quick validation of individual fields, the ability to save records with alerts, and customizable error message displays.
